This was my favorite nest on the island. The picture doesn't do it justice. The adults on this nest were also rockstars, they were the only ones with a chick still alive in their neighborhood when I left. They were located in a really rough part of town exposed to a lot of lake foam.

This adult was almost as chill as Tod and let me take pictures of its' pipping egg (the chick was in the process of hatching).
